Captain Othman and his crew will welcome you aboard the ‘Suli Suli’, a local favourite. She is a 26’ open deck boat which is an ideal vessel for the job of fishing. The Suli Suli is equipped with a fighting chair for those who are up to a challenge. She comes powered by two 40 HP Yamaha engine and can cover a lot of ground.
The Suli Suli is not pretentious; her design is simple and comfortable. She is well suited for a fun day out in the sun. There is plenty of space and shade aboard for up to four anglers.
The trips aboard the Suli Suli are all-inclusive. Shimano gear and tackle, along with bait, drinks, snacks, and lunch on full-days are available.

She has fully functional Galley on the starboard side, whilst on the port side she has comfortable toilet facilities.
The waters surrounding Zanzibar are teeming with game fish all year round. Sailfish, dorado, tuna and wahoo are all caught regularly with the occasional marlin when we are lucky and the sea is being kind. Most of our fishing is done around Zanzibar in the Pemba Channel but we also arrange overnight charters to Mafia Island and Lathem Island so you can experience the incredible and untouched fishing grounds those unexplored places have to offer. We are an IGFA member and encourage catch and release.
A full set of tackle is provided with Shimano, Fenwick, Harnell or KC rods and Shimano or Penn International reels, spooled with 50lb, 30lb or 20lb mono lines. A down rigger is also part of our standard tackle on board the boats. Clients who wish to use their own lighter tackle are welcome.
GPS, Fish Finder and Depth meter instruments are fitted on all the boats. A large selection of Lures, Rubber Skirts, Exciters and Rapalas are on board all boats.
